For what purpose and why can we process your personal data?
According to the different sections of our website, we process your data for the following purposes:
1. Management of data of people who contact through the contact form and the rest of the means indicated in the contact section. Your data will be processed to meet your requests for information, questions, queries, suggestions or complaints. We can treat your data for this purpose because we have a legitimate interest in attending to the necessary communications to carry out our activity.
2. Management of the data of the reservations made through the enabled web section, for the fulfillment of the provision of the contracted service. 3. Management of the pre-contractual relationship of the information provided in the "budget request" section. We can treat your data for this purpose because there is a legitimate interest in the formalization of a contract.
4. Management of sending promotions and information bulletins/newsletter. Your data will be processed to promote our activity, send you information about activities, promotions or events that are organized at the Hotel and the rest of the establishments managed by the Sercotel Hotel Group and that may be of interest to you. We can process your data for this purpose because you have given us your consent.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the indicated purposes and, duly blocked, during the broader limitation period for legal actions, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Is it mandatory that you provide us with your data?
The data provided is necessary to establish the contractual relationship, otherwise the contract/future contract cannot be concluded or the corresponding invoice issued.
To whom will your data be communicated?
1. Data of the people who contact through the contact form and the rest of the means indicated in the contact section:
Your data will be communicated to our treatment managers when necessary for the correct provision of the services contracted to them.
2. Data of the people who make reservations through the enabled web section, for the fulfillment of the provision of the contracted service:
a) The necessary personal data of the client will be communicated to the Tax Administrations, in order to comply with the legal obligations with said Administration.
b) Banking entities will be informed of the data that is necessary in order to make bank deposits and payments derived from the contractual relationship.
c) Insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance and reinsurance brokerages, lawyers, solicitors, Courts and Tribunals will be informed of the data that is necessary for the collection/payment of compensation or for the exercise or defense of claims. .
d) Your data will be communicated to our treatment managers when necessary for the correct provision of the services contracted to them.
3. Data of the people who provide their data in the "budget request" section:
